1. Walkaround photos
You send side photos of each vehicle, pictures of your current signs and shirts, and a short note on what you sell through the year. We ask about anything that's unclear, such as a trailer you plan to replace, then send a written quote listing every piece and the number of review rounds. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Sketch round
For a new logo or a cleanup, you see two or three directions, each shown on a truck door, a cap and a yard sign so you judge it where it will live. For vehicle and sign work with an existing logo, you see the layout options on your real vehicles. You pick one, or ask us to combine parts.
3. Proofs on your rigs
We develop the chosen direction on photos of your actual trucks, trailers and signs, at true scale. This is the stage for markups: a bigger phone number, a different green, the logo moved off a body line. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.
4. Files for the shop
Once you approve, we prepare files for each supplier: vector files for the wrap or lettering shop, print-ready PDFs for the sign printer, stitch-friendly artwork for the embroiderer, and editable templates for anything your staff updates. We check spelling, phone numbers and web addresses one last time. Please check them too.
What we take and what we send
| You send | You get |
|---|---|
| Phone photos of trucks, trailers, signs and shirts; any logo file you have; make, model and year of each vehicle | Vector logos (SVG, EPS, PDF) and PNG sets; vehicle layouts at scale; print-ready sign files; embroidery artwork; color values for vinyl, paint, thread and print |
Talking to your shops
With your permission, we send files straight to your sign shop, wrap installer or embroiderer and answer their questions. That avoids the common mix-up where a shop guesses a color from a screenshot.
Your files
Photos and files you send are used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
Got a truck, a trailer and a stack of old yard signs that all look different? Send photos of what you have now and tell us which piece has to be ready first.
